Hi there, Ill be based in Copenhagen temporarily and would therefore like to rent out my Malmö apartment. It is a 54sqm one bedroom, located in Ellstorp, easy access to buses (bus stop right outside the apartment and only 5 mins to Värnhem), lots of supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, fully furnished (see pictures), highest floor with lots of light from both directions. Pets are allowed. SEK7000 is the all-inclusive rental amount (includes electricity, warm water, internet, TV license). Please write to me stating number of persons (no more than 2 adults), indication of stable income, and when youd like to rent the apartment.
