Due to a longer business visit abroad I am renting out my furnished two bedroom apartment with a light and spacious combined living room and kitchen area. The apartment is only a 3 minute walk from Triangeln train station, Triangeln shopping mall and several grocery stores. It is a stones throw away from Malmös shopping street - a perfect location for Christmas shopping. Even though it is in the heart of town it feels like a calm oasis due to being on the fifth floor (of five with elevator) and the two bedrooms facing the cosy courtyard. This is included in the rent: - electricity - internet - dishwasher - washing machine combined with dryer - use of crockery, cookware, appliances - use of two bikes No pets, no smoking.
