Id like to rent out part of my apartment, since the place is quite spacious and Im working somewhere else and dont live here during week days. The part Im renting out is the top floor of my two-story apartment close to Drottningstorget in Gamla Stan, so you would have complete privacy with a separate entrance on top. (In the picture, you have access to all the areas except the gray area) The top floor has a big bedroom, a small living room with two big closets, and a bathroom with washer and dryer. You will also have access to the kitchen, the living room downstairs, and the big balcony/terrance facing south. The place is furnished with all the basic furniture. As I just moved in myself recently. Im working in another city, so youll most likely have the apartment to yourself. Its okay if you have pets, but I do prefer that you dont smoke in the apartment. You could move in as soon as possible if youd like. I also prefer to have somebody renting long-term (at least 6 months). Im originally from China and lived in Switzerland and the US for the past several years. I just finished my masters from Lund University and Im working in Sweden now. And then we can arrange a time for you to come visit and talk about details of the contract. The rent is 7200 SEK (all inclusive).
