Apartment details/facilities: - 1 room, in 3 room apartment, available for 1 person(Man/Women) - Total 80 kvm area - At Floor 16: Gives you good air and good view around - Big Nice balcony, with glass windows - Private Washing machine and dryer, available inside the apartment itself - Additional common Laundry room in the basement. - Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom with tub. - TV - Furnished(if you prefer, you are allowed to have your own furniture in your room) - One nice Lady cycle: If you need, you can use it :-) Access to public transport: 3 bus stops within 2-4min walking distance: Buses 2, 8, 31, 33 & Region bus 170(LUND) Nearby, in walking distance: - Supermarket: Willys, ICA, etc.. - Eating: Pizzeria cum general store below Few small restaurants: Chinese, Pizzeria/Italian, etc.. Rent/Cost:2700 Sek(WiFi included) electricity charge The other person who lives in the apartment, he is a professional, working for an MNC. Looking for a well behaved and orderly Man/Woman who is smokefree and petfree. Would prefer a friendly person who respect others privacy.
