Hi I am renting a 65m2, 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor, in a green and quiet area in central Lund with sunny balcony and 2 separate bedrooms (one single bedroom and one double bedroom), living room, kitchen, bathroom. 6 minutes biking from Lund Central Station (or 15 minutes walking or 4 minutes with the bus) and 8 minutes biking from Lundagård with good bus connections. The apartment will be available for rent on the 9th of June 2018 and for a minimum of 1 year. The tenants can extend the rental period if they like. 2 months notice period for moving out. 1 month deposit. The apartment currently is fully furnished (incl TV, double bed sofa). All utilities (heating, electricity, water, TV and internet) are included in the rental price. Cellar storage space is included. Access to laundry room. Possibility to book a parking place.
