Hi I am renting a 65m, 3-room apartment in Lund with sunny balcony and 2 separate bedrooms ( living room, kitchen, bathroom), on the 2nd floor. The reason why I am renting this apartment at a much lower price than similar-sized apartments in Lund, is because as a PhD student at Lund University who lives in Stockholm, I commute to Lund 1-2 nights per month (sometimes I dont visit every month) and would need a bed for the nights that I stay in Lund. When in Lund, I spend most of my days out or at the office. Therefore I can either have my own bed in the living room (for ex: sofa-bed, or behind a screen or shelf) or in one of the rooms (if available). Therefore for the 2 (or more) persons that I would rent the apartment to, it would be like having your own apartment to yourselves, as you would be living there by yourself nearly all of the time. 7 minutes biking from Lund Central Station. 8 minutes biking to Lundagård. The apartment will be available for rent on the 1st of August 2017 and for a minimum for 6 months (but preferably 1 year). The tenants can extend the rental period if they like. 2 months notice period for moving out. 1 month deposit. The apartment currently is furnished with furniture available for sale at a very low price. Electricity, water and internet is included in the rental price. Cellar storage space is included.
