A furnished room in central Lund for rent from either mid January or 1st of February (Im flexible) to 1st of August. The apartment is shared with Jeremy (27) and Tugrulhan (24) and they work as a piano teacher and industrial designer respectively. I will go on an exchange for 6 months and will therefore rent out my room. It is a fully furnished room (possible to bring your own bed if wanted) with a view over stadsparken. It is about 6 min walk from the central station. There is a big living room, kitchen and balcony in addition to the three bedrooms. The rent is 3700:- per month and includes internet, electricity, water and heat (i.e no other costs than rent itself). It will not be possible to rent the room for a shorter or longer time period than the one stated above since I will not be able to handle these affairs from abroad. Regards, Alex
