The apartment has 3 rooms (2 living room), balcony and own garden. Each room has 12/ 13 m square. Living room has an additional small area for eating. Whole apartment has 84 m square. It is completely new, and will be ready starting February 1st. Has basic furniture for kitchen and bathroom, so it will be up to us to design it. You will be sharing the apartment with me and it is preferable to have an age between 25-35, no couples accepted. Rent will cost 5674 kr/ person plus expenses.
