Hello Im subletting my studio in central Lund, close to Mejeriet, for two months starting 29th of June. Its a large apartment with a sit-in kitchen, small bathroom with shower, small walk-in closet and a big room with a 140 cm wide bed, a sofa and a desk. This is a short-term rental only, and no extension will be possible. In addition to rent, there will be a fee of about 200-300 kronor for utilities. Please note that there is no pre-existing internet. I access the internet through mobile broadband, which works fine for everyday study and work use, but its not ideal for streaming films and such. Dates are somewhat negotiable, depending on the requirements of the prospective tenant. If youre interested in renting, please send me an email with basic information about yourself, the dates you need the apartment for and what brings you to Lund for the summer.
