Rum i villa uthyres/furnished room

Rum nära Lund uthyres enligt nedan: We (parents and two children 10 and 15) have a furnished room (approx. 12 m2) in our house in Södra Sandby to rent out between January and June to a girl that like animals - two dogs and a cat live in the house. The room is on the first floor where there also are a bathroom that is mainly for you who rent the room (family may need to use shower occasionally). On the first floor there are also a fully equipped kitchen (with your own fridge) and a living room with TV for everyone to use. On the second floor are the familys rooms and also a laundry room that more or less are available all weekdays. The rent includes free wi-fi, bed linen, towels and also a bike for using around the village. The house are surrounded by a big lovely garden where one can sit undisturbed. The house is located in Södra Sandby outside Lund, its a five minute walk to the bus station and the bus to Lunds train station take about twenty minutes. In Södra Sandby there are all the basics you need: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, hairdresser, a small library and beautiful nature with jogging/ hiking trails and a gym. Please note that we only rent out to a female student at Lund or Malmö University and would like some references. I will ONLY reply to messages from female students
