Part of a nice apartment in klostergården

Hi my friend has a nice apartment to rent in Klostergården. I am currently living here. I like it. But I am moving to my own apartment. I am helping him to find another person or couple to move in. It is a 3 rooms apartment. He keeps one bed room for him to use when he comes back home. He is working outside Sweden and he is only visiting Lund quite few times a year like christmas, new year or middle summer day. So most of the time, you are using the apartment. It has a hug living room and a decent sized bedroom and well equipped kitchen and two bath rooms. The price can be discussed. It depends on you are one person or two.
