Mårtens fälad

Please note For female students only: Me and my sister are looking for a female tenant to rent a room in our house, suited for 4 persons. We are all students and (soon to be 3 persons) below 30 years old. We are looking for preferably a student, close in age, non smoker with no pets, however we do have a small dog of our own, in case you are allergic. We do not host house parties. The common areas are the kitchen, the one bathroom that you will share with the other tenant, a shared walk in closet, the attic for storage (not for too heavy things) and the washingmachine room. Your room has a personal lock and is furnished. The area is Mårtens fälad, in eastern lund. Bus nr 3 and 6 takes you to the center and the train station, and to the university (lth) within 10 minutes. It also takes around 15 minutes to bicycle either to the university or to the center. The room is available from 1 st of February and the rent is 4000 kr/month, all the bills included, with one months deposition. If interested, send us an email about who you are and what you do.
