A 20 square meters apartment (corridor room) in Lund Delphi is rented form December 1st (preferably November 18th). You should be student from Lund University as I am officially subletting the place. You will have your own private toilet and bathroom. You will share a big equipped kitchen with some other nice and well-behaved students in the corridor. The place is fully furnished as you can see in the photo (queen size bed, desk, chair, TV table, small couch, foot rest, shelves). There is also a small corridor with a big built-in closet. 3 minutes to LTH by bike. All the running costs (water, heat, electricity, ) are included. Internet is also included and you will get an internet router too. The floor is recently changed as you can see. Laundry is in the basement. You will have a bike parking with ceiling. Actic (gym, swimming pool and sauna) and pizzeria are downstairs. Willy, ica and LiDL supermarkets and McDonalds are closely. Only one person in allowed to live permanently (of course you can bring guests sometimes, but not permanently). No pet, no smoking. One month notice is needed before you move out, and month deposit is required. I would prioritize you if you are planning to stay until end of August.
