Hi, Im looking for residents for my apartment in Klostergården, Lund. The apartment is shared together with me. I am a 33 year old woman, Im child-, animal- and smoke-free and works with interior design. I like a home that feels welcoming and want it to be a place to calm down. You are a woman, non-smoking, who likes to have a clean and tidy home and want to live in a flat where mutual respect is the key. You are positive, humble and understand the responsibility of sharing a home with another person. The apartment has two fully tiled bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, two single rooms and one double room. In the kitchen there are all facilities, such as dishwasher and micro. A large laundry room is downstairs. In the area there are grocery stores, libraries, a large nature area, Lunds new arena, Högevallsbadet, and it is proximity to Tetra Pak and Lunds only outdoor swimming pool. There are good connections to The central of Lund, direct bus to the University and also express buses to central of Malmö. The double room and one of the single rooms are available for hire. The double room consists of a small and medium sized room and is rented together for 7,000 SEK /month. The single room is rented for 5,500 SEK /month. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. Relocation is in mid/end of April, 2018. The deposit is on two monthly rentals. Please write and tell about yourself.
