We are renting out furnished rooms in a beautiful house in central Lund (10 min walking from the central train station). There are multiple rooms available. CELLAR: Room 1: A large room in the cellar, about 40 sqm in size one smaller room for the bed. Shares shower with one to two other persons, and the kitchen with 4 others. The pictures of the cellar room shows no furniture, but it is currently furnished. SECOND FLOOR: Room 204: A room on the 2nd floor, about 16 sqm in size, rent is 4200 SEK. Shares shower with one to two other persons & kitchen with 4 other people on the first floor. THIRD FLOOR: Room 303: A room on the 3rd floor, about 22 sqm in size, rent is 4200 SEK. Shares shower & kitchen with 4 other people. Room 304: A room on the 3rd floor, about 16 sqm in size, rent is 4050 SEK. Walk-in closet. Shares shower & kitchen with 4 other people. Room 305: A room on the 3rd floor, about 22 sqm in size, rent is 4200 SEK. Walk-in closet. Shares shower & kitchen with 4 other people. Room 308: A room on the 3rd floor, about 20 sqm in size, rent is 4200 SEK. Shares shower & kitchen with 4 other people. The rooms are furnished, so bringing your own furniture is not needed. Please note that the furniture on the pictures may differ from the current layout. Were looking for easy-going, social and fun people. We want PhD-students, post-docs or people perhaps people who has finished their studies and are now working, young professionals. You should be a non-smoker, that dont mind sharing facilities (kitchen, bath/showers, laundry room) that have lived with others before so they know the importance of helping out and taking care of the place.
