Hello, my name is Dima and I am subletting my 2 rooms flat in Lund (andrahand, AFB är bovärden) because I am going to spend autumn semester in Germany. The flat is available from 1 august 2012 or earlier until 1 January 2013. The flat is situated in Vildandsvägen str, it takes only 10-15 min to reach Lund central station on your foot. The flat is 50 m2 and is fully furnished: folding sofa, enough for two persons, big TV, WIFI, office chair, table, bad table, printer, bookcase, floor lamps, 2 chairs. The 2nd room has a big new orthopaedic mattress 2m x 2 m and commode. The kitchen has fridge, oven and all the kitchens stuff: frying pans, saucepans, spoons etc. ))) . There also many build-in shelves, so you will have plenty of space for your stuff. There is also bathroom with a small commode. A laundry and a sauna room are also available and included in a rent. The flat is very good for a couple. And you may share it with someone else. If you would like to rent this flat it is preferably for you to be a student. You should be diligent and keep the room in a nice condition. Since I am subletting my flat you supposed to send documents of your admission to AF BOSTADER. The price is 5500 SEK, electricity and internet is included. You have to pay one month in advance. Deposit 2000 SEK is required.
