Hej We (swedish girl & spanish couple stablished in sweden) are looking for a new flatmate from 15th of May 2017 to indefinite. The room is furnished (guardrobebed). The rent is 2380kr/mån with TV and electricity included. The flat is equipped with washing machine, TV, microwave and dishwasher and it is located close to the university-12 min walking and 3 min by bike (Forskarvägen) We are between 25-27 years old and therefore we want to find flatmates around the same age. We are friendly, talkative, clean, responsible and organized and we are looking for the same qualities in our new flatmate.
