Hej, I am going to rent out my 2:a apartment for short term (February, 1 till end of March) accessible from January, 28. The apartment is quiet fresh (recently renovated) and fully furnished. The monthly rent is 6000 Sek one month fee as deposit and the rent includes home insurance, TV license and broadband. The tenant should have a good reference and be a responsible person. The apartment has good communications to both the downtown and the University (just 7-8 min. by bus) and the bus stop is just 1 min. from the apartments front door.
