Hi I have a very nice furnished one room apartment (around 50 m2) with free usage of the gym, very nice Jacuzzi and sauna (that no one can enter When You book it) is available from 1st of May for long time (but at least 5 months). It has a big separate kitchen. It is on the 4th floor with the bus stop directly in front of the door and the coop just 1 minute walking of that. The apartment is in a very good location. It is in Drabantgatan in T1, 10 minutes biking to the Central station and campus Valla, 5 minutes to Campus US. The flat will be rented out furnished. The rent is 8100 SEK per month. Heat, water, internet, the usage of the gym, spa are included in the rent, but not electricity, (The bill that I usually comes is about 300SEK). Smoking and pets are not allowed.
