Hello Im looking for a new roommate from february or as soon as possible in a modern and cosy flat in the center of Linköping. (6 min from campus US, 2 min from train station, 12 min from Valla) The room is 14m2 with own wardrobe. There is a desk and bed if wanted. The house is 150m2, four bedrooms, one living room, fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, one toilet and one bathroom. The price is 4200 SEK per month. Everything included (internet, electricity, water, heater..) Preferably looking for a long term contract for at least 6 months to begin with. Current tenants are one male and two females.
