One singel apartment 30m2. in Linköping, north Gottfridsberg is for rent. The apartment is in an attractive and peaceful area. Close both to Campus US and Valla. Walking distance (5 min) to centrum. Within 10-min bicycling to University-Campus Valla or to the Health University Campus U.S..Very central located and a cozy home for students or researchers. I want to first of all rent the period 1/8-30/8. The rent is 5700kr (include: water, heat, laundry, funiture, bed, chair, table, soffa and kithen stuffs), it is allowed to share with 2 guests, but let me comfirmed with you first. Pls let me konw dates you arrive in Aug. For the stay from Sep-Jan or July next year, pls write request in the Email. International students/researchers are priorited. I will not charge any pre-pay or booking fee throgh internet. You pay the rent will you arrive and check in the apartment. Everybody are welcome to send me a short presentation of yourself in English or Swedish and i will send you some pics if you wanted. If i did not answer when you call, pls send me an email.
