Lägenheten är fin renoverad i mycket bra skick med en stor balkong i söderläge ut mot gård. Badrummet är rymligt med golvvärme. Det tar ca 15 till T-centralen eller Östermalm. Rymligt sovrum med dubbelsäng samt inbyggda garderober. Lägenheten är möblerad och ligger nära Lidingö Centrum och Lidingö Gallerian, butiker och caféer. Det finns stor tvättstuga, torkrum, målningsrum, ... samt gård och grillplats i huset. Tvättstuga finns i samma hus en trappa ner. Vänligen mejla vid intresse och berätta om dig/er själva. A nice and fresh furnished apartment located in Torsvik, closest area to the city in Lidingö is available for rent. It takes 15 min to the city center such as T-centralen or Östermalmtorg t-bana by frequent public transportation, bus or Ropsten metro station. The living room, bedroom and kitchen are in great condition, there is a big balcony and windows in both sides of the apartment and bright wooden floor makes the apartment bright and fresh. The bedroom has a large double bed and built-in wardrobes. Bathroom is spacious with floor-heating, the big living room can be separated or connected to the rest of the apartment with two-sided doors. There is also a spacious dining area connected to the open kitchen. Building, common area, garden, laundry,...are cozy and tidy. Parking in the streets is for free. Laundry is in the basement of the same building. There are plenty of shops and cafes within a few minute walk including Lidingö Centrum and Lidingö Galleria. If you like to live close to green areas and water also close to the city, this is one of the nicest areas to live in. The moving in date can be flexible to some extend. Short let will be considered.
