A nice and furnished apartment located in Torsvik, closest area to the city in Lidingö is available for long term with all costs covered in the rent including a 100mbit internet subscription. It takes 15 min to the city center such as T-centralen or Östermalmtorg t-bana by frequent public transportation, bus or Ropsten metro station. The living room, bedroom and kitchen are in great condition and have plenty of spaces. There is a big balcony and windows in both sides of the apartment and bright wooden floor makes the apartment bright and fresh. The bedroom has a large double bed and built-in wardrobes. Bathroom is spacious with floor-heating, the big living room can be separated or connected to the rest of the apartment with two-sided doors. There is also a spacious dining area connected to the open kitchen. Building, common area, garden, laundry, bicycle room, hobby room...are cozy and tidy. Parking in the streets is for free. Laundry is in the basement of the same building. There are plenty of shops and cafes within a few minute walk including Lidingö Centrum and Lidingö Galleria, gym is 2 minutes away. If you like to live close to green areas and water also close to the city, this is one of the nicest areas to live in. The apartment is available and the moving in date can be flexible any time from already now in October or in November. The initial contract can be for one year with possibility of extending. (There will be a usual notice period included in the contract but kindly note that the renting length cannot be shorter than 6 months).
