In the heart of the city You dont need to book for laundry or dryer as they are available in 1 single device inside your apartment in the bathroom. Very beautiful and brand new furnitures included. I can rent it for 3 months only (1 June-31 August). I can give it to you from mid-may also, no problem I can send actual images from 3rd of May, as Im not availbe there. But the image I posted here is very similar one (excluding the furnites which will be completely different). You can also come and see the apartment yourself before renting it, no problem But after 3rd of May. IMPORTANT NOTE 2: NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Will rent to calm and caring people/family only.
