Nice cheap economy room for student or worker, fitness equipment included, to a doglover who works or are away daytime :-) I am looking for someone who works minimum kl 9-16 (or are in school) and is calm and like dogs. A non smoker and responsible kind person, also without allergies as we have nice dogs. Tell me about yourself, more is better, and when you need the room and for how long time. Our tennant since over half a year are moving to another university next week. HERE: Room in my apartement in Kallhäll, 25 minutes from Stockholm Central station with local train. We live in a cozy relatively newly built area in Kallhäll. With a convenience food store, green spaces near the lake Mälaren. 4 H farm with horses and small animals close by. Ten minutes walk to the center with Coop, Ica, café, library, several fitness gyms etc - I have a list for you. Good transports links to Norrort with connection to Uppsala commuter train, and to Stockholm which takes 24 minutes by commuter train. Bus to the Kista shopping mall which is open every day until 9 pm, and 1 train stop from Jakobsbergs Shopping Centre. Fresh bed clothes/blankets/pillows included. Fully furnished & WiFi. Large laundry room in the house. You can also use the training/fitness equipment, a cycle, treadmill and smaller things too. These are used by the landlord sometimes during the week (in daytime when you are away) - that is the reason this room is so cheap in rent. Rent is paid in advance no later than the 25th every month.
