I have a very nice room for rent to an independent, friendly person who is able to take responsibility for keys etc. I like a clean and tidy living area preferring a student with similar values who is able to show consideration in the home. I am communicative and easy to get along with. The room is 15.5 square metres and furnished with a comfortable bed 90x200 cm, small wardrobe, a large desk with chair, chest of drawers, coffee machine and an electric kettle. Situated approximately 3-4 minutes from Trångsund Centre where the commuter train and buses depart. Stockholm City Centre is a 19-minute journey. Check the app SL Journey Planner for additional information. This is a calm and pleasant residential area. There are three lakes and three nature reserves at close range. There is a larger shopping centre at Farsta, which is a short bicycle ride or bus ride away. Electricity and WiFi are included in the rent which is SEK4000 per month.
