A single room with private bathroom and kitchenette which consists of one hot plate and a small fridge. A common kitchen can be found on the corridor as well as laundry facilites. The small single room includes all utilities in the rental price as well as internet. The room can only be rented out to students and therefore proof will be required of studies or internship.
