Two nice rooms in a villa, Kungens kurva

Two furnished rooms to rent for 5000 SEK/month each electricity/water in a big villa (two gardens, pool, BBQ, fire place, shared big kitchen and living room). The rooms have inbuilt closets and are furnished. The villa is 10 min from the Huddinge centrum and 5 min from the Huddinge gymnasium bus stop, making it ideal for those studying or working in the Flemingsberg KTH/KI campus. We are one researcher working at Karolinska Institutet and a student - both in our 30s - with a 10 yo child and two cats. We would prefer English speaking female students. We are quiet and clean, but we allow well planned parties announced in advance and overnight guests. If this sounds nice to you, please drop us some lines about yourself and a preferred time (after 19:00, but before 21:00) to visit the house and meet each other to see whether the chemistry fits.
