Hi We are looknig for a tenant. The room available until March. Nice 2-level house located in Stuvsta what is in 13 minutes commute from the center station by comute train (Pendeltåg). Its only 3 minutes by bus which comes every 15-30 minutes or 10 minutes walk from the station. Total commute time is approximately 27 minutes, including time awaiting on the stations. In Stuvsta itself are a supermarket, pizzeria, subway-food, restaurants, kebab, coffeehouses. There are big supermarket in Älvsjo what is next station and is only 3 minutes by train. Internet, electricity, heating, kitchen utensils are already included. We share kitchen, 2 shower rooms. We can provide a bed (and linens), a computer desk and a carpet. The price is 5000SEK.
