Hello, I have a room to rent in my 4 bedroom apartment, it will be available from January 14th, perfect for a student since the house is located near Södertörn University. You will share the flat with 3 girls. I am looking for someone who can live at least for 6 months. The room is furnished and the rent includes basic services. Take note of the following important aspects: Respect each other, dont make parties, dont bring friends, keep it clean at all times, etc. You dont need to pay deposition. The room i want to rent is room number 2, please see the picture. The room is available from this weekend, if you want to see the room im available Mon-Fri after 20:00 PM or before 09:00 AM, if you wan to come on weekend works for me too at any time.
