The room will be rented only for one person that wants it now and it is 4300 SEK per month. In the price are included: electricity, TV and radio fees, laundry, Wi-fi, water. Rental contract, rent receipts, the use of address for institutions in Sweden are available upon request. I am looking for a man that is currently employed full-time, is serious and is clean.
