Room for rent 25 min South of Stockholm City, close to the trainstation. The area has a lot of nature and a lake closeby. Its a very quiet area. Ive been having tenants for 6 years. The room has a 120 bed, desk with chair and wardrobes. It also has an own door to a terrace and garden. Sharing shower and toilet with another tenant. Kitchen shared with me and the 2 tenants. Washing machine in a seperate building close to the house. Everything is included in the rent. One rent deposit to be payed when we write the contract. Shortest time for contract is 4 months.
