We are renting out one room in a bigger flat in the middle of the city center. 15 min walk to Campus University. 3 min walk the sea. The room is fully furnished. The bed can also be used as a sofa. The room has a 2sqm walk-in-closed, perfect to store clothes but also other stuff. Washroom in the basement. Water,, electricity, heating and Wifi is included in the rent. It is optimal room for a student staying one year or more. The room is free from mid July. If you are interested please write some words about you and the reason you want rent the flat. :-)
