I am letting my apartment in Västerhaninge for a minimum of 1 year maybe longer. The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, is fully furnished, light and airy with a balcony. There are several childrens play parks in the area and the forest with the possibilties for walks and runs is only 5 minutes away. Västerhaninge pendaltåg station is a 5 to 10 min walk and 4 trains an hour go to Stockholm Central or Nynäshamn. The apartment is available now. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no lift. You MUST have a swedish personal number, have good economy and references to be considered for the apartment. A deposit of 15000 kr and one months rent in advance is required.
