We are two friends who share an apartment in Jordbro, Haninge municipality and as of February 1, 2017, we have a room available for rent. If you move in, then we want one rent for February one months rent deposit (for the security of us all) both amounts received in the accounts no later than January 31, 2017 The room is approximately 14 m2 and is furnished. We are looking for ONE person who wants to rent it from us, COUPLES, FRIENDS etc. who want to share rooms are NON current. The price includes: laundry softener, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, hot water, toilet paper, etc. What you pay for yourself is your own shower items, food, clothing and so on. Our current tenant moving back to Denmark after six months with us, so now we are looking for as I said, a new lodger. References from Gabriel is available if you want them. We have pets that would be respected by family members so you should not be allergic. One of us smokes abut smokes only on the balcony, we DO NOT use drugs or alcohol and you DO NOT DO that either, at home. House rules must be respected and we will share them with you if you are interested to move in. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. A small toilet in the big hallway and one toilet in the bathroom. You have full access to the apartment except the other bedrooms. The flat is a four bedroom flat of 122m2 and the rooms are located in every corner of the flat, so interfering with each other is not so easy. One of us works in a warehouse and the other has his own company and works in the Swedish church and at the Swedish correctional office, what do you do We do not put as much emphasis on whether you have a bad credit or not. But one rent shall be made in the deposit. We want you to show that you have a fixed income alternative livelihood support and approval of your social worker that you rent the room from us. Girl or guy does not matter, we make no distinction between people, people can only be good or bad (and bad people are no good as tenants). We do not care how life has been earlier but how it is now.
