The rental fee includes accomodation, wifi in the apartment (internet connection), electricity, heating, water, using of SHARED kitchen (incl. kitchenware, washing-up liquid, there are two refrigerators so the tenant uses one separate), toilet (incl. toilet paper), shower and laundry machine. (Laundry room is in the basement of the building and there is a special room for bicycles too.)
