Radhuset ligger ca 450 meter ifrån kollektivtrafik där man på 15 minuter tar sig till centralstationen. Spårvagnar går var 5:e minut mot stan. Huset är i tre plan med två rum i bottenplan varav ett med uteplats. På bottenplan finns även tvättstuga med dusch. På övre plan finns tre rum varav två har balkong mot sydväst. Stort badrum på övre plan. På entréplan finns fullutrustat kök med matplats i anslutning och stort vardagsrum i öppen planlösning mot matplats/ kök. Rummen är möblerade med säng, skrivbord samt garderob. I huset bor två unga män som är i restaurangbranschen. Sökande förväntas vara städade personer som respekterar andras välbefinnande samt att man har lätt att komma överens med de andra i huset. Inga husdjur accepteras. Inga fester.
