Im looking for clean ,quiet and non-smoking tenant(no couples). The apartment is tenant owned 3 rooms flat and Im occupying one of the rooms. The room is fully furnished desk-chair,bed and wardrobe. Bathroom,living room and kitchen are shared. Monthly rent is 3000kr. Rent includes water , electricity and the internet. The flat is located in the northern part of Gothenburg. It takes 28 to 35 minutes to Central station.
