Hi there Im renting out my bedroom from the 1st of April with a little hurry. The room is unfurnished (no bed provide) apart a big wall guarderobe for your use. The room is part of a 2:an in Gamlestaden, tram stop SKF, 7 minutes, 2 tramstop from Centralstation. The area is pretty quiet and close to everything. As I own the apartment a contract can be made, with the possibilty to keep it indefinetely. Im a 32 years old that have been living in Göteborg for the last 6 years. Due my age and the kind of work I do, I prefer a tenant that is clean, reliable and quiet. Everybody enjoy party, but not at home. Any friend or relative are of course welcome to visit. I have people over pretty often You also must be ok with a bit of smoking inside the kitchen. Very little,but still. If you are over 22 , you have a stable economy, you can pay a month of deposit and have previous experience both with living with someone else AND living with a dog at home, please do send a short mail and be ready to come to see the apartment for 5 minutes in order to say hi and look at the place in person.
