My husband and me, we are in charge of an vegetarian restaurant and about 40 years old, want to rent out one room for one person in our appartment. This room has access to the balkony and has got an attached accessible wardrobe. We will share the bathroom and the kitchen. Because we are vegetarian, non smoking and non drinking we want to share the flat with a person who has got the same livestyle and likes to keep things clean. We are peacful persons and we do not like noisy parties and TV. We can speak about Internet access and it is included in the rent. Electricity is not included. If you like we have a bed, some chairs and a table for you. We have one month deposit and one month probation time. If everything is fine we can prolong it.
