Paradisgatan 20, Masthugget

Im currently renting out one of my bedrooms with shared usage of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. This includes usage of all the household equipment such as the microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV etc. The apartment is 80 m2. The room is part of a bigger apartment in a calm and pleasant area, next to a big park, not far from the downtown area of Gothenburg. Paradisgatan is located in Masthugget close to Linnegatan with several cafés, stores, pubs and restaurants being a few minutes walking distance away. The bus station on Fjällgatan is right outside the building. It takes 11-16 min to get to the city Centre. To Chalmers it takes 20 min with bus and tram (faster if you bike). The apartment itself has a great view over the city center. Since I speak Spanish, it would be great with an international Spanish speaking student but not a must. I do speak English as well.
