A room is available in a shared house in the calm area of Gärdsås. With a bus stop 3 min away and a tram stop 10 minutes by foot, its a perfect place for nature lovers, who anyway want to have a good connection to the center (takes around 20 min). Kviberg and the lake Bergsjön are the closest places to go for a run or taking a walk. A grocery store (LIDL) is reachable in range of a 10 minutes walk and an ICA store in about 15 minutes. The room itself has 22 m2 and a balcony with a view to the front yard, while on the opposite side there is only a forest and no houses, what makes it very peaceful and relaxing. It comes with furniture if so is wanted. A bathroom is shared with 2 other people. The kitchen is very big and will be also used by the other flatmates. Downstairs there is a common laundry room with washing machine as well as a dryer. Furthermore the house has 2 floors with 4 rooms and will be shared with 4 people besides you as well as a newly moved in puppy :) A common living room right next to your room as well as a dining room are perfect places to invite friends for dinner or just to hang out. In summer, barbecues can be done on the terrace and the big garden in the back of the house. A deposit of 1 month is expected as an insurance and the minimum time of renting is 6 month.
