Hi There Renting out a 3 room apartment situated right next to Linnégatan in the central part of Linné. Its available from the 1th of May. Looking for someone that want to live there for more then three months. Its a fully furnished kitchen and living room together with 2 bedrooms with total 4 beds. There is also a balcony. The price of 22 000kr/month includes everything like high speed internet, sheets, towels, heat and electricity. There will be a deposit of one month. Want to make it clear that the usual rent that i pay is lower. If you prefer i organize cleaning service, laundry and transport for an extra fee. Feel free to contact me.
