Welcome to your room in a 100 m3 tasteful and spacious apartment near Chalmers and Handels Were located within 5 minutes walk of Vasa, Linné and Slottskogen (perfect for a daily run) the nearest tramstop is Brunnsgatan, the nearest bus stop Pilgatan - both a couple minutes walk away. Theres also a supermarket and a grocers just down the road. By bike it takes 6 or 7 minutes to get to Chalmers (but its an uphill fight). The residence has a quiet and green inner yard with tables and a BBQ area, as well as several covered bike garages. The apartment itself is peaceful and cosy, a perfect place to study or have a few friends over. The two cats are very cuddly, curious and friendly - please dont apply if you are allergic or afraid of cats. Those two WILL sleep on your bed and follow you around The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped theres a washing machine and a wire hanger in each room, as well as possibility to use an industrial size washing room dryer 2 times a month in the residence, 20 meters from our front door. Im a vegetarian, please dont cook meat at all (cold meat / ham is fine, as well as fish). This is a 3-person home, we all share use of the kitchen and bathroom. We are already 2 persons living in the apartment: Chris is a 26-year old German student at Chalmers, who is that odd combination of a brilliant (slightly mad) computer scientist and a very socially gifted, sensitive and outspoken person. He speaks about one gazillion languages, runs more in a week than I walk in a year, has a great sense of humor, and is very like me in how he uses the apartment (read below). He is in Göteborg until end of June 2017. As for myself: Im a 42-years old French woman working for Volvo (trucks not cars) Ive been in Göteborg 11 years and will be happy to show you around. I speak fluent Swedish and English, and my (native) French is going down the drain. As a flatmate, Im tidy and clean, very social but I also enjoy private time. I like a good balance between getting to know the persons I live with / having dinner together from time to time / helping each other out, and also respecting each others privacy. I love board games and have a lot, so if you like playing too this could be paradise ) Chris and I would really like to make Swedish the households language, so if you are Swede or speak some Swedish, it will definitly be a plus. If you chainsmoke, are very messy, selfish, a couch potato, asocial, lack initiative, no sense of humor and hate cats, we probably wouldnt enjoy living together.
