I have a newly renovated apartment, 77 m2, close to Frölunda tram/bus stop. It is a 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms and 1 large living room) with a balcony on 8/8 floor. - The kitchen is modern with oven, dish washer, microwave, two fridges and freezers. - Washing machine and tumble drier are inside the apartment. - Electricity and internet not included which will added later based on 50/50 sharing. - 1 storage room inside the apartment and one more on the ground floor. - Connectivity: Approx 16 min from Chalmers (Johannaberg) and 18 min from Lindholmen (Bus 99). I can arrange basic furniture, but I give preference to those who have their own furniture.
