Jag hyr ut min 3:a i Länsmansgården, Göteborg, från den 2 april 2018 och tom augusti, 2018. Med möjlighet till förlängning till februari 2019 Lägenheten ligger 5 minuter från spårvagnshållplatsen Temparaturgatan där spårvagn 5 och 6 samt buss 25 utgår. Lägenheten ligger på tredje plan i ett hus och är 67 m2. I hyran 6800 kr ingår: el, värme och vatten. Delvis möblerat. En deposition på 10 000 kr krävs som återfås vid utflytt. There are amenities located nearby including different shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The rent: 6800 Kr. The rental includes: electricity, water and heat. Parking place is possible with extra payment. And 10,000 Kr is requested as a deposit fee which will be refundable.
