Contact me for questions about moving in date. My flat is very central located in one of the citys best areas and renovated just before I moved in. Im a very experienced host and Im looking for the best well behaved tenants. Do notice that you will be a tenant. You will not rent the hole flat but share it with us - two people. We are a family and we might want you to be a part of our family. My three room flat is equipped with bath, shower and dishwasher. There are only three doors in my staircase and I have two wonderful neighbors. I almost never hear my neighbors. I have the French bakery (one of the most famous in Gothenburg) 30 meters from my door, about 200 meters to the supermarket, 70 meters to Cambodia Restaurant / pizzeria and 100 meters to 7eleven. A courtyard free of the city sounds where you can enjoy nature and get some quiet time outside my door. I have very good credentials from my previous tenants. My apartment is located two minutes walk from the tram stop and about ten minutes walk to the beautiful river. Röda Sten with cozy cafés and cool views of the river and Slottsskogen (forest) with lovely woodland interspersed with a zoo with free entry in within walking distance (5 minutes). It is nine minutes by tram to the city center Brunnsparken. Tram 11 from my tram stop Fjällgatan to Järntorget takes 6 minutes. Then Tram 7 or 10 from Järntorget to Chalmers takes 5 minutes. It does not take long to walk to Chalmers from my flat or to the university in Haga area (the old city). You as a tenant shall be diligent, tidy and have good economic situation. No pets and indoor smoking is permitted. Please email and tell me more about who you are. It is desirable that I can contact people that has been hosting you and that they can thereby give credential about you on how you are as a tenant. If you are a Swedish student, I usually call the Swedish Enforcement Authority and see if there is anything registered in connection with the payment procedure (injunction to pay) or eviction and check up the district court as well. I encourage my inherent to do the same with me. Majorna area (where I live) is full of exciting restaurants and bars. You are close to the historic district of Haga. The area Majorna is a social and architectural historic value with elements from several eras in the development of Gothenburg. An integrated development environment with wooden buildings from before 1850 - the best preserved in Gothenburg - and Landshövdingehus from the period 1880-1915.
