The apartment is located 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Chalmers Johanneberg and 10 minutes from Chalmers Lindholmen Campus. There are multiple super markets, shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as parks. The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated (2017 and 2015). We try to include as much as possible in the rent of the room, such as electricity, internet and cleaning supplies. Theres already funitures in the room e.g bed, desk, big warderobe etc. You may of course use the rest of the apartment as well, with the exception of our room. You will be sharing the apartment with my Parents and I. Im a student at Chalmers and my parents is working. Were looking for a renting guest for long term, but at least 6 month.
