We are a Christian family with two student rooms to rent in a safe and calm neighborhood adjacent to Askims Badet (beach) and with amazing views to the ocean. Easy access to bus and close to the city. Beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area. You and the other student will share your own bathroom, kitchen, and living room with TV on the first floor of our home. Each private bedroom includes a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe cabinet, clothes dresser and is approximately 10 square meters. My wife, daughter, and I live on the 2nd floor with our small dog, but we share a common front door and laundry facilities with you. We also use an office/guest room on the first floor, so it is important that our home is clean and well kept. You may also keep your bicycle in our garage. One room is already rented to a PhD student and the other room is available from March 25. No smokers.
