Urgently, renting out nice furnished room in the two floor apartment which will be shared with me and another guy. I am 29 y. age decent guy who works in finance and another guy is around 25 y. age decent guy who studies at GU. We are clean and respectful of our private space and do not issue extra noise, drink responsibly, no smoking and no pets. The apartment has been built in 2015 summer, located at the 5th floor and perfect connection to the city, 3 minutes from SKF tram station for 6,7,11 and buss for 58, 519. Tram takes 7 minutes from Central Stations (two stops). Close to grocery store nearby. I need to rent out that room for one month (1-31 of March).
